Team Member (TM 01)
The candidate should be an undergraduate/graduate, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. He / she should be computer literate, and possess good written English.
He / She should be a team player, open to learning new skills and should be able to adhere to timely and quality deliveries under pressure. Willingness to work in shifts would be an added advantage; although preference would be given to ladies for working in daytime shifts.
Relevant experience in a non-voice BPO would be considered. Freshers may also apply.
Team Leader – Production Support (TL 01)
The candidate for this post would be the single point of contact for his team. He / She would be responsible for all the records pertaining to the team with respect to the input and output of the team within a project. He / She would also be responsible for ensuring that the work is error-free. The Team Leader is also expected to inform the team members about the processes and project details, and maintain a high morale within the team. Keeping a check on absenteeism and maintaining various records for internal processes is also a part of the responsibilities.
Relevant experience in a non-voice BPO is essential.
Manager – Quality (MQ 01)
The candidate would be responsible for studying the input, project instructions and set & monitor the processes for quality checks. His / Her main responsibility would be to detect errors and maintain a record of them. He / She would also be responsible for setting the daily targets for each shift and ensure their achievement. Apart from maintaining daily status reports and taking daily feedback for the projects and errors, he / she would also be responsible for controlling absenteeism and attrition[????]. The Quality Manager would be reporting to the Project Manager.
Relevant experience in a non-voice BPO is essential.
Manager – Production (MP 01)
The candidate would be responsible for studying the input and project instructions and setting and monitoring the production processes. He / She would be responsible for setting the daily targets for the production process. He / She would also be responsible for ensuring that there are no quality rejections from the Quality department. He / She would be controlling the absenteeism and the attrition rate and interact with associates regarding errors and identify the reasons for the errors and ensure optimum productivity. He / She would be taking daily feedback on the projects and submit a daily status report to the Senior Project Leader.
Relevant experience in a non-voice BPO is essential.
